Andrew McDonnell serves as the Chairman of Lorain County USL 2, where he leads a dynamic ownership group composed of former Major League Soccer and NBA executives, experienced team owners, and local business and community leaders. Under his guidance, the group is united by a shared vision — to build a sustainable, community-driven soccer legacy that will inspire players and fans across Lorain County for generations to come.

With a professional background as Director of  Strategic Growth at Wealth Health LLC and as a U.S. Naval Academy Admissions Area Coordinator for Region 132, Andrew brings a blend of strategic leadership, discipline, and mentorship to every endeavor. His focus is on creating an organization that not only performs on the field but also strengthens the community off it — by providing opportunities for local talent, fostering pride in Lorain County, and ensuring the game continues to grow at every level.

A resident of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Andrew’s leadership reflects his deep commitment to both the region and the sport. Through Lorain County USL 2, he aims to build something lasting — a club the community can rally behind and future generations including his 3 year son Jack, and wife Jillian can be proud to call their home town team.
